KANA Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs for customers, partners, and internal employees. Courses offered by KANA Education Services cover a wide variety of topics including installation, configuration, support and maintenance, system administration and customization. Delivered by professional educators, our courses are designed to provide you with the knowledge and expertise that will ensure you have the highest level of success with KANA products.

Courses are available as follows:

• Instructor-led training (ILT) at KANA Education Centers in Menlo Park, California, Overland Park, Kansas, Manchester, New Hampshire, and Marlow, England.
• On-site training for US and international customers and partners. Most of our ILT courses can be delivered at customer or partner training facilities and customized to the particular learning needs of your employees. For customers and partners with large groups of learners to train, on-site training provides more targeted and personalized training at significantly lower cost.
• Webinars and online self-paced training to eliminate travel time and costs and provide an efficient way to train staff with minimal impact on operational duties.
